  I always viewed agile as making sure you’re maximizing value and delivery speed by creating and shortening feedback loops. So make a bit, check it is what was actually wanted, make another bit. From my perspective AI helps being agile as it can quickly get something in front of a client/user/stakeholder for validation.

  Agility requires two things:

• change is cheap, easy fast and safe (no new defects)

• you get fast feedback on the value that change creates

=> with ia just much shorter sprints.
